Bullying Stops Right Here, Right Now

This picture is a student being threatened if they don't give up his phone.

If  you've been bullied, you know it hurts. There are many reasons kids are bullied. Like they may Homosexual,  short, tall, or you may not Be as smart as others. People across the country have been bullied. 14% of high school students have thought of suicide because they were bullied. 7% have actually committed it. Over the last two years eight people committed suicide because they were bullied in the Anoxia, Hennepin school district just north of Minneapolis students brought a lawsuit saying schools failed to stop bullying . I agree. The school districts aren't doing all they can. Just saying that bullying needs to stop, does nothing. I interviewed eight students. Six out of eight students said the school districts aren't doing enough to stop bullying. The other two said there doing all they can to stop it. I think they are trying hard but not hard enough. Eva said, "it's sucks." Seven out of eight people said they've seen someone be bullied. four out of seven people said they didn't try to stop two out of seven said they tried to stop it, and the other one said they stop it half of the time.  You know it hurts. It can not just affect the person being bullied, it can affect the people around them. Only you can stop bullying. Lets start now.
